Please join our Spring 2024 singing on April 6

On April 6 at 2 PM, the River Ridge church of Christ will be hosting a congregational singing! Everyone interested in lifting their voices in praise to God in invited to attend.

Multiple song leaders from area congragations will rotate in leading the group through an afternoon of uplifting, acapella singing. This event is expected to conclude by 4 pm and is free of charge.

In previous years, almost 150 people have attended. We are hopeful for another great turnout to glorify our Creator. A recording of one of our previous singings is available on our YouTube channel:

Wednesday classes will start at 6:30 PM during April 2024

In the interest of accomodating some of our families with young children and those with early work schedules, River Ridge will be holding all April 2024 Wednesday Bible studies at 6:30 PM. This is 30 minutes earlier than the posted meeting time that shows on the website, in our radio and TV program intros, etc.

We will collect feedback on this change and determine whether the change will be permanent during the April 2024 business meeting. Please reach out with any questions or feedback.

Thanks for attending our fall 2020 gospel meeting with Jim Stauffer

Thanks to everyone who attended our fall 2020 gospel meeting (October 11-14). Jim Stauffer of Lenexa, Kansas delivered several edifying lessons:

  • Behold, the Kingdom (Sunday 10 a.m.)
  • God's view of gender (Sunday 4 p.m.)
  • What one can be yet still be lost (Monday 7 p.m.)
  • A sacrificial God requires sacrificial children (Tuesday 7 p.m.)
  • The real reward of heaven (Wednesday 7 p.m.)

Because many of us have had reduced opportunities to gather with fellow Christians this year, it was especially good to see so many take an interest in God's word. If you missed a lesson for whatever lesson, all of the them are available on our YouTube channel.

“But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.”(Daily Reading, ESV)
